We can help with all your shopping needs, whether that is collecting a list from you and picking everything up that is on the list. Or picking you up and taking you to the store of your choice and helping you complete your shopping.
We can accompanyyou and/or collect you from any appointments you may have, such as doctors, dental or personal.

Our night sit service provides an awake care worker throughout the night providing reassurance to both individuals and family members.
We recognize that asking for help being provided in your home setting can be a difficult and hard decision to make, and we pride ourselves in making our family business help you with those decisions on an individual basis. This ensures that any service we provide will be centered around the service user. Once an enquiry is made for one of the services we provide, a member of our team will arrange a home visit where all your requirements can be discussed in detail. We will also complete a short assessment whilst we are with you in order to gauge if further support is needed, if so we will advise you accordingly butthe final decisionwillalways be yours. After our discussion and assessment is completed, we will then leave you a copy of our contract and service guide to look over to give you an opportunity to become more familiar with the Total Care Norfolk’s services. After you have had a look through the contract and are happy Total Care Norfolk is the right provider for you, we will agree a date that suits you for the service to begin, once the services have started you can always add or reduce the visits you have depending on changing circumstances. .
